Returns & refunds
Seller return policy
Each seller sets their own return policy for their listings. When you view a listing, you will see one of:
- No returns – The seller does not accept voluntary returns (e.g. change of mind).
- 7 / 14 / 30 days – The seller accepts return requests within that period for eligible reasons (e.g. change of mind, if they allow it).
This policy applies to voluntary returns. For problems like "item not received", "not as described", or "damaged", our Buyer Protection and dispute process may still apply regardless of the seller's return policy.
Refunds
If a return or refund is agreed (by the seller or via a resolved dispute), refunds are processed according to our policies. Refund method and timing may depend on your payment method.
We recommend contacting the seller first to try to resolve any issue before opening a formal dispute.
